i think first you have to unbox your new s21 series than redeem your free gift voucher

Nothing to worry about contact Samsung Support within Members app. I also had same issue which was resolved by support with in a day.

same issue i just unboxed my s21 ultra and went straight to redeem budspro but theres nothing there
