headphone problem

just want to ask why the right side if my headphone isnt working.. but in the other mobile both left and right are working.  my phone is galaxy a71.

Hey there, it seems to be occurred due to some audio-settings in your device. Can you please check these out, from your device settings?
Goto,
Settings>Accessibility>Hearing enhancements.
Check,
1) Adapt sound> OFF
2) Left/ Right sound balance> CENTRE
3) Mono audio> OFF.
Also please confirm wheather the problem is only with music or not.
Let me see how they are.
