I have got a gear S3 frontier and I am facing this issue since many days now 
The menu button (the down button) is not working but it works when both buttons (back and menu) are pressed simultaneously but if I press menu button alone it doesn't responds 
Earlier I was thinking this issue will resolve own it's own but it's same since the first time it occurred .
