galaxy watch SM-R805U not supported by airtel India

Bought unlocked samsung galaxy watch lte model SM-R805U from USA. Recently galaxy watch lte is launched in India with following three models supported by airtel 4g network:-

SM-R805FZSAINU

SM-R815FZBAINU

SM-R815FZKAINU

Not able to understand what is the difference between my model and these models. Also can I get my watch's Tizen software changed/updated so that it may support airtel mobile network?

will have to be happy with Jio LTE mobile data
we will get all notifications and text messages

will see if we get any new bands that support our watch model
