My watch isn't recording my heart rate, it keeps telling me to stay still when I am as still ss can be, it also isn't tracking my sleep. Please assist

Do a factory reset and start the setup process over again. also check if there is any software updates available on the Wearables app

I've tried all of those options, and it updated last month and it started giving these issues, then it updated yesterday again and it was fine, then lastnight it started having issues again
