I've been waiting for almost a month now for my buds since buying my galaxy a71 but no one has contacted me or emailed me for delivery. What's going on?
Good luck on this, you will see this platform is plagued with members and owners of Samsung devices that is not getting any joy from Samsung. I have complained 4 times on Hellopeter before I got a call yesterday, for me it is not about the promotion anymore but the blatant disregard Samsung have towards their customers and their ethics as they advertise what they cant deliver.
