He I've purchase the samsung galaxy a71 and I claimed for the galaxy buds but I heard nothing after.. I only received a email saying that they are validating my claim? And they will contact me for the delivery but I got nothing at all. Any help on what to do next?

I'm trying to redeem mine as well but I don't see the option. how did you claim them? I'm sure they'll follow up once they're done validating the claim

1. Please check that your Samsung Account on the device is correct.

2. Uninstall the Samsung Members app, then re-install it again

3. Sign in with your Samsung Account on the Samsung Members app.

4. Check for the banner under "Benefits"

Hi my Samsung Galaxy Note10+ has a black screen (smashed) now I've got a new s23 ultra and now my earpods won't connect to my new phone as I need BOTH phones supposedly. Now **bleep**?????
