I got my Buds pro one week ago
connected to my galaxy note 20 Ultra
it's working perfectly when used for phone calls inside my office or when no noise around.
unfortunately, when using it in an open-air, the other party can't hear me properly, the voice is not clear and they can't understand what I'm saying.
I called customer support, they said to make a reset, it doesn't help.
any anyone facing the same issue or have any solution for this?
