Today got my new galaxt buds plus but it found defective piece as left earbud is not working ...

How can samsung ship  a defective piece.. to the flagship handset holders

may be your buds are not coupled. try this once see if it works.

i have also ordered buds Plus but didn't got upto now,
is prolem resolved or not, please advise me otherwise can i cancel my order & get refund in my account back???
