galaxy buds call quality

i have the galaxy buds for 2 weeks and I love it.. every thing is great... but th the microphone is so poor.. people don't hear me well they hear the background noise loud but my voice lower and not clear... even when I record a voice note when I hear it back it's not clear... i stopped using the galaxy buds for phone calls 
and Samsung did Advertise the galaxy buds as good quality call buds!!!! im a Samsung fan... so are there a chance for update to fix this issue?

Hi  alhulail  It seems that the problem is related to the hardware, and there is nothing can be done. 

 

I advise you to visit Samsung service center to check your unit.
