Not Long time ago i bought a Samsung earbuds+. i have samsung 8s+ but these "cute" earbuds are not working well with my mobile. The music sound is so low ! But when i connect with my hp laptop they working very well! Is this normal or maybe my earbuds have problems?
that shouldnt be normal. visit a local samsung service centre and get help, or go to the main page of this app, click the blue bubble on the bottom right corner, then click send feedback and send your issue to samsung. they'll respond within a few days
