Be sure to unpair your buds from all other devices nearby. The easiest method is to turn off bluetooth from the connected devices. Also, 1.Make sure your buds are charged. Insert the Buds into the charging case. Make sure the earbuds are sitting in the correct position. 2. If the earbuds don't connect within 3 minutes, Bluetooth pairing mode will be deactivated. Close the charging case and open it again (keep buds inside) to enter Bluetooth pairing mode again.
