no they said I must register on Samsung members and click on the free ear buds banner

There are no more earbuds. They took us for a ride. Send an email to verify@samsung.com.They will tell you the 4000 limit reached on the 24th August. It was all a marketing stunt.

They do not bother to reply to any further emails you send. Very very poor service. I am pleased Huawei are overtaking them. Teach them.to rip us off.

no i can not because they say only the firsr 4000. so we were laid to just to buy the phone
