Sound is not coming from both sides. Is there any settings to restore?

Open galaxy wearables>and select reset settings

still it is not detected

Once charge your case and buds as from screenshot, I can see left one is completely discharged or not showing any percentage also check for galaxy wearables and buds pro update

after unpaired. it got set. now the % charge is combined displayed.
