I have changed my phone recently, I cannot connect my new phone to Samsung galaxy fit 2 band. I tried to disconnect the band on wearable app, uninstall apps and unpair from my old phone and restarted both band and new phone but still wearable app does not recognize my band.

Try resting the band from your old device. And then repairing it with the new one.
