Guys the new buds live are causing me a massive ear pain "outer cartilage part"..

Is anyone feeling the same or its only me.

Ps: ive changed to the larger rubber that comes with the box, but they didnt fit.

I need help.

hey bro. just keep resting your ears from time to time, I've experienced the same even with bose quite comfort 35. however, its pretty good one 👍

yes and it is not fitting to my ears. much appreciate if they take back live and replace with pro😊
