WearablesHey, I want to confirm how did you try to redeem. As for me, it's showing 'Apologies'. How did you activate the device and how many days before? Is it just connecting your device to a smartphone or registering the device in the portal?
I did connect as well as registered the device in the online portal 4-5 days before and still, I can't see any offers on the 'For You' page or while checking the eligibility in the Samsung Shop application.
Also, do you have a Samsung smartphone?
