black spot on galaxy smart watch

Can anyone help on the black spot on galaxy watch screen.

I am unable to get rid of it.

Purchased new some days back.

the problem didnt got resolved. visited the service centre and they are not acquainted with such situation. there q&a team will getback in 3 working days
