Subject: Galaxy Watch Screen Issue and Unacceptable Service Center Response
I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I received from Service Center regarding a screen issue on my Galaxy Watch.
I brought my watch in for repair, expecting a professional and timely solution. However, the service center representative informed me that if they open the watch to address the screen problem, they cannot be held responsible if it opens again in the future.
This is a completely unacceptable response. As a consumer, I should be able to rely on the expertise and reliability of the service center to repair my device properly. It is unreasonable to place the burden of potential future issues on the customer, especially when the initial problem is a result of a manufacturing defect or poor quality control.
I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the service center for providing such a substandard response. I expect a resolution that addresses the screen issue and ensures that I receive the quality service I deserve.
I will be sharing my experience on social media and online forums to inform other consumers about this issue.
