Dear Samsung Dev, Support, Marketing, Managment, and all other teams.

I have a simple, very simple question.

Is it logical that my watch vonsumes 50% per night other 50% till launch.

Please do not copy paste following solution texts.

  • Update  watch - done
  • Update phone app - done
  • Update phone ( S7 Edge* ) - done
  • Reset watch - done
  • 3rd party apps - removed from watch - done
It is absolutely in factory reset.

And some how when I sum values in battery usage it doesnt equal to 100%.

Copy paste solution messages are not welcomed.

P.S. Samsung galaxy S7 Edge is the worst of worst phones ( it has palm issue, screen issue. Bad engineering, I am forcing my friends not to buy more samsung, also there is no android update) however this is an other issue. :(

Yes I am angry, but I paid money for this decices not to work till mext new device.

me too facing same issue with my gear s3. it shows battery less than 15% in just 7 hrs after last update. it gets off when having 10% still sometimes. then if you keep for charging it shows immediate 50%. then charges slowly to become 100%. no idea whats wrong.
