Hi samsung lover's, 

I'm planning to buy a smart watch....in market lots of model available..I'm confused 😕..guyz...could you please suggest...galaxy watch 3 or galaxy watch 4 ..Best

I think you go for Galaxy Watch 4 or 4 Classic mainly because of Wear OS. Even though Samsung promises 3 years support in Tizen OS in Galaxy Watch 3, the Wear OS will be good for future. Google Play store apps also supported

Between I pre-ordered Galaxy Watch 4 (44mm) and waiting for it 😊

If you are tight on budget, The galaxy watch 3 is as close you can get to the new watch. If you're looking to go for the active model, the galaxy watch 4 is more better option unless you going for the classic.
