Whatsapp Message on Galaxy Watch Active 2

I have got my new Galaxy Watch Active 2 SM-R820. I have enabled app notifications in my watch but for Whatsapp and other social networking apps, I just receive notification as 'X Messages from Y Chats' but when I click on the notification,  I am unable to view the unread messages on my watch.. Could someone help me on this please..😣

In Galaxy wearable app check in notifications settings you have enabled "Show with details"

thanks brother.. got it.. since I had enabled fingerprint unlock in whatsapp, I was unable to preview messages on my phone.. when I disabled privacy its working fine
