WhatsApp application on Wearable OS notifications/interactions issue

For about two years now, and without exaggeration, I've been facing this problem. I've been trying to find solutions and waiting for updates, but in the end, I still haven't reached anything.
In fact, it's frustrating because after these two years, I still can't find anyone else complaining about this specific issue.
Everyone talks about related topics, but this particular problem makes me feel like I'm talking about something alien on this planet.😃
This is despite the fact that it's an existing option, and due to the way a program interacts with the watch, it's causing this following problem...

First, I apologize for this long introduction, but this issue truly has been, and still is, bothering me, and I'll try to be brief and to the point in explaining the problem...

Currently, Galaxy Wearable offers an option to display notifications called "Smart device selection".
This option is responsible for preventing notifications from appearing on the watch when you are actively using your mobile phone, this is instead of having the notification pop up on your watch even if you're already seeing it while using the mobile.

And we all have to agree that such a feature is very practical and smart...

The problem begins when you download the "WhatsApp" application to the watch from the "Google Store", and after linking it to the "WhatsApp account" on your phone, the application starts to behave independently regarding WhatsApp notifications display.
Notifications will appear on the watch in all cases, meaning whether you're using your phone or not, the notification will show up regardless.
Adding to this, a newer problem has recently emerged: the notification might arrive late on the watch even though it arrived on the phone a while ago; Furthermore, it might repeat multiple times on the watch after you've already dismissed it...

My problem is that I want to keep the application on the watch to benefit from the additional features like initiating conversations and sending voice messages directly from the watch, without receiving notifications in all situations and in a random manner...

In the end, after all the effort and not finding anyone who has discussed this problem over two years, the conclusion I've reached is one of two things, with no third option: either accept the current situation and the fact that the application will send notifications to the watch while you're using your phone and in a random way, or delete the application from the watch and lose the option to initiate conversations and record/send voice messages directly from the watch...

If anyone understands what I'm talking about, has faced the same problem, and found a solution, I would be very happy for them to share it.
Alternatively, if someone has faced the same problem and can confirm that there is indeed no solution, that would also be helpful...

Again, I apologize for the length.
Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback sir, and as i did most of what you've mentioned, i will try though removing the WhatsApp on the phone as you referred and reinstall it again and surely will get back to you with the feedback as soon as i can; however, humbly speaking, i think the issue is not related to the phone, watch or the WhatsApp on the phone, it is most likely an integration lack between the WhatsApp on the watch and the Wearable app.
