WearablesIf you have any complaints, use get help option in samsung members app. If you post in members forum, those who will see the post is samsung users, not the company's engineers. First of all register your watch with samsung members app and select report an issue from help menu, so that the msg will reach samsung development team. Otherwise use option to livechat with customercare representative. Instead of that you Post in members forum and yells samsung doesn't cares.
Follow the screenshots to report the issue to samsung.

WearablesI hhave talked to US guys from samsung, but thhere were not able to help me.
due to that kind of problems, i already changed my phone to non samsung, cuz sumsung is not capable of satisfying users/clients needs.
still sensor not fixed, and nobody pay that money for watch which is able to work only 1 year.
so i dont have samsung memebers app.
