Watch notification

Before im getting messenger notification on my samsung gear watch s3 but after update im not getting thise notification how i can get this notification again.......

On my setting i already turn on massenger notification...

Please help guys

Hi there! First of all, how do you connect your watch to the device, meaning, over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth? Sometimes when connecting over Wi-Fi doesn't show the notifications. To solve that, you have to go to the Settings > Apps > Samsung Gear app > Clear the cache and data. This should fix it, hope it helps!

Maybe you have connection problems. Try to reconnect your watch to bluetooth
