Ok those are just numbers given by the phone based on how much it thinksyou will do on each device. If you use your galaxy watch 4 more then it would show a lesser time as it would drain battery as you are using it
Each one of these watches uses different OS so you can't compare between them
Galaxy watch 3 uses Tizen OS .
While Galaxy watch 4 uses Android Wear OS 3, One UI Watch 3.
Wear OS 3 still new operating system and samsung for the first time start using it with Galaxy watch 4 moved away from Tizen which was used in previous watches. I think battery life gonna get improved over the time when the watch receive software updates in the future.
Sure. Galaxy 4 is by far the biggest joke of Samsung till now. The battery bearely reaches 6 hours with all functions off. I spent my money for nothing. It is a disgrace to smart watch industry.
