Wearables
I am a Galaxy member for more than a decade, and I love the specs and advanced features Samsung provide and the level of customisation we could do on these devices.
But I was disappointed with the flickering issue with my 'Galaxy Watch Active 2' even within 1 year of use. As I couldn't find any other similar reports from users then, I thought it might be a bug and might get fixed soon by an update. But this became too frequent and I was unable to use it. When I contacted customer care they told I am out of warrenty by a month or so and nothing can be done with it. Also there is limited service for wearables in India.
Does anybody have the same issue with the wearable display?
Recently I have seen multiple reports with the same display issue even with Watch3 model. So is this still the case with Watch4?
I was looking for latest model and due to this issue I am not confident in choosing gWatch next. I was happy with moving from Tizen to Android, but WatchOS seems promising and also provide better service.
