Watch active 2 update no ECG ☹

Will the watch active receive the ECG finction in South Africa at all? Tje below update came thru today and no ECG at all why?????

Hi Squachbob, please note that we are unable to advise on the software update release date until they are pushed to the devices nor the functionalities you will be getting on the release of the update.

It's 2022 already. Any chance we will get the ECG functionality that was advertised at launch of the active 2 watch any time soon?

I have been waiting for this feature since I bought my watch in Feb 2020. Worst buy ever, really terrible product and definitely not worth the R8000 I paid. Endless problems with touch screen not working and watch just going crazy changing apps on its own. Do not recommend to anyone, stay clear of this watch!
