Anyone with a watch 6 classic that shut downs frequently. It keeps shutting off by itself without restarting. I have tried resetting, rebooting, almost everything. It's updated to latest software. My watch face has no compass. I have no magnets around the watch. Sometimes it shuts off upto 5 times a day or more.

Restart Your Watch: Press and hold the Power key until "Rebooting..." displays. If this doesn't work, try pressing and holding both the Power key and Back key simultaneously until "Rebooting..." appears.

Check for Software Updates: Ensure your watch and the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone are updated to the latest versions.

Charge Your Watch: Make sure you're using the correct charger and that your watch is fully charged.

Uninstall Third-Party Apps: Sometimes, third-party apps can cause issues. Try uninstalling any recently installed apps.

Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset. Make sure to back up your data before doing this.

If none of these step's work, it might be a hardware issue, and I recommend visiting a Samsung service center for further assistance

I'm sorry to hear that none of the troubleshooting steps worked. Visiting a service center is probably the best option at this point. The technicians there should be able to diagnose and fix the issue more effectively.

For that, you have to download the old firmware, or you can check on YouTube how to downgrade updates on your watch

In case of an unexpected shutdown of your watch, the primary reason is usually a low battery. However, other factors that can contribute to this issue include using an incorrect charger, outdated software, or the presence of corrupted third-party apps.

Follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Reboot your Samsung smart watch
Charge your Samsung smart watch
Uninstall apps from your Samsung smart watch
