Watch 5 LTE error 1 /not adding esim properly

So just want to ask here, when I try to add an esim either I get error code -1 or it does not recognise my esim QR code,vor it tries to add same Sims the phone uses again, and fails to do this

Struggling to find the option to just add s esim
