Watch 4 pre book offer error

I was excited when the banner of watch 4 pre book offer came in the samsung shop app. After entering the imei and mobile number, I thought i would be able to avail the offer but to my disappointment there is still an error with the offer. I spoke with the customer care and they told me that offer will go live tomorrow. Gosh! How long do we have to wait? For them it is always next 2-3 days.

Airtel e-sim is only available in postpaid. Only Jio is available in both.

I am using Airtel postpaid. Mobile plan is activated in my watch from last 10-20 days. But as per samsung my watch is not yet activated through Mobile.

Try resetting it again. Then it might reslove the issue. And check mobile data settings in galaxy wearables app again.
