After update still wrist wake up gesture not working properly still buggy....

Happy to see Bluetooth in Quick panel along with January patch update....

It works for me. Check the sensor/accelerometer function in the Members app for your Watch 4 to see if it is defective.

Hardware is good problem with the software

Yea I checked again. Didn't notice it after the update. Sensor and wrist detection seem ok though.

I had once faced this problem and realised I had somehow configured the watch for my right hand while fiddling with the settings. You might already have it correctly selected but do check once.
