So I've just bought this watch and noticed there's no ECG and Blood Pressure Tracking. I'm aware it's not available in certain regions, but I've searched past posts and it does say that these features should be available in my region (UAE). My Samsung Account is set to UAE, and I can use SWallet on my phone with the same Samsung Account. So what's the catch? Watch and Phone are all updated to the latest version.
