I am happy to announce that ECG and Blood pressure monitor are finally officially available in 31 countries, including EU states, the UK, and also the UAE. You will need to download just one app, Samsung Health Monitor, and the app will be available in Samsung Galaxy Store starting on Feb 4.

Thanks for the info. I still haven't bought the watch. Wanted to have this feature enabled before I buy it hence was looking for information.

you can still download and install the apps unofficially. it is very easy and it is working fine.
