Hello guys,

As many of us still unable to redeem the prebook offer voucher of 6k, few people succeeded already. Talked to customer care today, here goes the conversation..

Call got connected
CC: she started straight away with hindi and I don't hindi. 
Me: I don't know hindi
CC: Tell me
Me: Unable to redeem 6k voucher for watch preceded
CC: Sir technical issue, it will take 2 days to solve
Me: few members are able to redeem and many are not. Why such a issue?
CC: Sir issue will clear today evening
Me: Why changing your statement often?
CC: Sir evening 
Me: Ok are you sure it will resolve by evening?
CC: sir technical issue na ( here goes the catch, she don't know english much)
Me: ok offer went live late and still not able to redeem, will you extend the validity?

Me: ok leave it, why no stocks for redeeming the watch straps? Only buds pro is there. Are u forcing us to buy buds pro only?

Many ppl already tweeted to samsung and even myself.. They know the issue already but it will take time as its technical

That the reason
They are focusing for selling the product first
Selling is their first priority
But after that what if customer are not happy after purchasing

As i will never prebook any samsung product after this

This time have prebooked The Z flip 3 5g and the buds 2 and the watch 4

First after a lot of mails i got the smart tag offer as well as the care plus almost mail conversation of 10days.

The buds 2 got the same issue after a lot of mail i got the power bank

No again the same for watch 4

I dont want any headache
Will buy directly after few days when the rate is down.
No prebook offer no headache.

Let me explain how this technical issues are handled in IT companies.
1. Issue priority
2. Customer impact
3. Effort required to fix

1. They fix the bug based on a priority, for ex, if the app itself not working at all, that is the highest priority of all, its a critical. If a feature is not working and that is not impacting the behavior of the app then it's a low priority or medium based on the feature.
2. Customer impact is like even though huge number of customers affected and not able to use the feature, company will think what is the outcome of fixing it immediately or later. So cost factor plays the role.
3. Effort is actually the employee hours required to work on a particular task, many companies nowadays give their work to vendors, so here to cost play the huge role.

Now come to our issue, redemption is a low priority for them, its validity is nov end, and customers unable to use the feature to redeem yet they can by tomorrow or when ever they fix within the validity time. So guys, wait for the date that is not known yet.
