Unable to update apps in Galaxy watch active2 bluetooth

Hi,

I tried to update apps in my active2 watch using galaxy wearable app, but it takes forever to update. Not only app update but i'm unable to install any new apps from wearable app.

 

Phone used: Samsung S20 (Not Working)

 

But when i tried to update or install any apps from galaxy wearable from another phone it worked.

 

Phone used: Oneplus Nord (Worked)

 

Steps i tried:

1. Force reboot active2 watch

2. Reset connection with the phone

3. Reboot both the phone and wearable

4. I already searched many forum for answers to this problem and none worked for me.

 

So it would be nice if someone can help...

Does your watch has space left?

Yes it does have 1.4gb free space

There is one watch plugin is it running properly or you might have put it in sleep mode so it's unable to update apps

I checked it bro. No app related to galaxy wearable is in sleep or deep sleep mode.

You should try uninstalling wearable app and then install it again

Tried that as well bro. Still the same. Also tried watch reset
