I recieved my galaxy buds plus yesterday but haven't been able to pair it even once with my phone. Tried with laptop and another phone also but the bluetooth connection is not showing up. The case and buds are fully charged up as green light is showing always. Have tried all possible troubleshooting steps from forums. Any idea how to fix it ?
Yes, it neither show up in bluetooth settings nor does anything when put in ear. I tried the tap on buds for 10 seconds after putting it in ear but that doesn't work too.
