Honestly, i still think the Galaxy watch 3 is the better design. Battery life about the same, i am gathering data that i will share later. Wait for the 5, don't get tempted by the marketing talks. Anyways it's on display at most stores, check it out live and you'll understand what I'm talking about. Those health additions, gimmicks, and the snoring option, since your phone records, should be made available on the 3 and not only the 4 cause it's not a hardware addition. I don't feel about this one like i felt when i switched from Galaxy watch to Galaxy watch 3.
Yeah the design I do like the watch 3 and the switch for me was huge cause I switched from the Mi Band 4. I tried the watch 4 classic and it felt the same tbh tho there is much more in the 4. The design of the 4 is just starting to appeal me and the price of this compared to 3 as well is always good. But yeah for now I will stick to the 3.
