I have a single smarttag 2 registered to my A54. My partner has an A54 as well. Using Smarthings we can see each others phones and I can also see my smart tag.

My partner can also see the smarttag on her phone in smartthings as 'not allowed'. When I select my smarttag and in the settings opt for  'Share this device's location I get 'A network or server error occourred. Try again later'.

Any ides what I am doing wrong?

It sounds like you're encountering a network or server error when trying to share the location of your SmartTag 2 between your and your partner's Samsung A54 phones using the SmartThings app. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

1. Ensure both your phones have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.

2. Make sure the SmartThings app is up to date on both phones. Sometimes, bugs causing such errors are fixed in the latest updates.

3. Restart both your phones to refresh the system and apps. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve temporary issues.

4. Re-pair the SmartTag: Remove the SmartTag from the SmartThings app and re-pair it.

5. Clear the cache of the SmartThings app on both phones. This can resolve issues related to cached data.
- Go to Settings > Apps > *SmartThings > Storage > Clear cache.

6. Ensure that the SmartThings app has all the necessary permissions, particularly for location and network access.

7. If re-pairing doesn’t work, you might need to reset the SmartTag to factory settings and then pair it again.
