Hi,

I am really disappointed by Samsung. After about 13 month there were some issues with the acceleration sensor. Now after about 18 month more and more functions stopped working. After the review in the customer center Samsung offered me to change some parts incl. Mainboard, sensor & batterie. But they want to charge me more than buying a brand new device and wasn't able to offer me extreme discounts on new devices. 

The watch was really good maintained and in perfect condition. It was washed and dried after exercising. Swimming and showering just in water mode. Even the original screensaver foil was on this device. 

After running through the internet a find more posts regarding this issue. I enjoyed the device really much but this is a shame for Samsung its not a way to deal with customers. 

I recommend everyone not to buy this device if you don't want to buy a new one after 1-1.5 years.

 

This was the 2. major bad experience with Samsung. "Customer Service = get rid of customers"

 

I will share my experience.

 

No Samsung anymore.
