Samsung watch notification issue

I have an issue in getting the notifications for calls via Internet applications on samsung mobile while my friend purchased the same watch (galaxy watch) and all calls notifications are working on his iPhone mobile. Any idea?

thanks for your reply, I already did and they confirmed that the android app has a problem in apps notifications calls and they will contact Android to solve.

please contact android if anyway to speedup this process.
