If your Samsung Ring now lasts under 4 days instead of 7, it’s likely due to heavier usage (sleep, workouts, always-on sensors), recent software updates, or normal battery aging. To improve life, turn off unnecessary features, restart or reset the ring, ensure firmware is updated, and contact Samsung if the drop was sudden it could be a defect.

Thank you for sharing your concern regarding the battery life of your Samsung Ring.
We understand that the battery duration has decreased from approximately 7 days to less than 4 days. Kindly note that battery performance may vary depending on usage patterns, enabled features, software updates, and battery aging over time.

To help improve battery performance, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure the Galaxy Wearable app and device software are updated:
Open Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates
Settings > Software update > Download and install.
  2. Check enabled features:
Open Galaxy Wearable > Samsung Ring settings
Disable features that are not required, such as continuous health tracking options or frequent background syncing.
  3. Restart the ring:
Place the ring in the charging case, close the case for a few seconds, then reopen and reconnect.
  4. Reset the ring (if needed):
Galaxy Wearable > Ring settings > Reset.
Monitor battery usage for 2–3 full charge cycles after applying the above steps.

If the battery drain started suddenly after an update or continues to be significantly lower than normal despite minimal usage, the device may require physical inspection. You may visit the nearest authorized service center through the following link:

Hi I bought my ring on January 27th to 2025, after I bought the ring within 6 months I experience battery loss and it reacher to a point where the entire battery would drain within a few hours

I had this replaced under warranty by visiting your Sharaf DG Store and they gave be a new device this happened about 3 or 4 months ago

unfortunately the new device, is again malfunctioning and I am losing battery within a day this is not the kind of experience I am used to with Samsung and I would like to ask for a refund as I feel the issue is bigger than what it seems to be told

🙏please help me to know how can I ask for refund
