Samsung pay support in Galaxy Watch 4 in India

The watch 4 sold in India doesn't come with Samsung Pay support. Any timeline on when this support will be added??? NFC is literally useless, if there is not support for Samsung pay

RBI haven't given permission for tokenization in wearable (Other than its SBI Cards) therefore Samsung pay won't be available as of now and there won't be fix timelines

Can we use samsung pay by changing csc like in older models which are on tizen os

Is there a way to.side load samsung pay, as the watch 4 is now on Android platform??? I tried to install through adb, but no luck.
