Samsung pay in Gear sport

Its been already very late releasing the SW update to enable the Samsung pay feature in the Gear sport watches in India, please release the update at the earliest.

Gear sport has NFC chip but there are not many NFC payment terminals in India.
In India, you need MST chip which is not present in gear sport.

If MST would have been present in Gear sport, why would Samsung not enable it in the first place?
