Samsung is not offering any exchange for wearables in India.

I wanted to pre-order the Galaxy Watch 4 in India and when i clicked on the exchange section to exchange my galaxy watch 3 which i bought an year ago, I couldn't find any option to exchange wearables. Apparently you can only exchange Smartphones. I mean, It's kind of dumb, Who would exchange a smartphone for a wearable? Now, I feel bad about people in India who bought a Galaxy Watch 3 just an year ago. It just has no exchange value

I was about to buy a GW3...then thought of waiting for GW4 and then I canceled the whole idea of buying them simply because the important and highly advertised features are simply not available in India. ECG and BP. While Apple watch supports ECG monitoring in India. So no point of regulatory excuses from Samsung.

Nope, You cannot even use Apple watch with an Android phone. You gotta buy an iPhone.

Still no response from the retail outlet of samsung or the customer care regarding the delay in pre-order of galaxy watch 4 LTE...waiting since 10th September...
