Samsung is not offering any exchange for wearables in India.

I wanted to pre-order the Galaxy Watch 4 in India and when i clicked on the exchange section to exchange my galaxy watch 3 which i bought an year ago, I couldn't find any option to exchange wearables. Apparently you can only exchange Smartphones. I mean, It's kind of dumb, Who would exchange a smartphone for a wearable? Now, I feel bad about people in India who bought a Galaxy Watch 3 just an year ago. It just has no exchange value

They'll not! Check the US website and try the exchange options, They have great deals and unfortunately we don't!

I don't think they're gonna do that, I've been watching the exchange section since a long time and not even once i could see the option to exchange wearables.
