My watch keeps rebooting, I have tried every option in the "safe" menu none of which make a difference..
Please can somebody assist me?

Is the watch newly bought?
Reason I ask is that I had the same issue, nothing worked so I exchanged the device. Plus not to mention it kept draining the battery beyond normal per reboot cycle.
Samsung couldn't fix the issue.

I bought it new yes but that was 1.5 years ago..

Eish sorry bud, could be software. Maybe the Samsung guys can plug it in and do a hard firmware reset.
