Hello. I want share my experience For claiming My samsung Galaxy watch. I will get Claim If I have every thing and the Serial Number is must in your bill. ( So Sad )
Instead Of You Have Everything For Claiming Your Watch You must Have Your Serial Number In your Bill .
Please Stop this Protocol. Please Stop this process. Because If by Mistake You Loose Your sim Card or ID Then You will net Get Serial Number on your Bill From Online Shopping Apps. And When you will Not Have Serial Number on your Bill then You will never Get Claim Of Your Samsung galaxy watch.
PLEASE SAMSUNG CHANGE THIS PROTOCOL. PLEASE CHANGE THIS PROCESS. ( If Somebody Looses his ID Then He will Loose His Pretty Much Expensive Watch )
