I'm failing to pair my buds to my s20 ultra 😫 any help. . .

I have tried everything my guy. . . Nothing is happening no pop up window i can't find them on wearable app or Bluetooth. . . I just give up

Hi Mdue, please clear the cache and check for an update for the wearables app.

Follow the steps below to do this:

 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Apps.

4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.

5. Select Show system Apps.

6. Select Bluetooth.

7. Select Storage.

8. Select Clear Cache.

 

Also, please reset network settings.

 

*Stored Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth passwords may be removed.

 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select General Management.

4. Select Reset.

5. Select Reset network settings.

6. Tap Reset settingsIf the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
