Samsung galaxy buds plus issues

Take your buds plus to the nearest Samsung service centre . 

They will take the buds plus and give you a DOA certificate. 

2. Then scan that certificate and send it to support.estore@samsung.com. 

3. After verification they will send the COUPON 

4. Redeem it from Samsung shopping app.


I also got the buds plus on 25th May with left ear bud not working. Had taken to the nearest  service  centre . They took my buds plus with box and bill and gave acknowledgment . After one or two days they will give me DOA Certificate.  Then have follow the above mentioned  steps.
